I'm a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath, Functional Testing Practitioner, and Somatic Practitioner — with a research background and a decade of experience working in the corporate world. But at my core, I'm an educator and problem solver who believes every woman deserves to understand her own body.

After overcoming my own 'incurable' health struggles and feeling unheard by both mainstream and alternative medicine, I made it my mission to help women reclaim their health and feel like themselves again — for good.
